How does it work?

By simply completing details on the Sign Up page, Investors will be granted immediate access to the service. Investors receive an email detailing their user name and password. As part of the registration process, Investors must include details of their Property Manager, to whom MRP will extend an invitation to join the MRP panel of Property Managers.

Property Managers don’t have to wait until their clients register with MRP. They may elect to join the panel and then promote the concept to their Investor base as a value added service.
What are the benefits for the Investor?

Investors will have rental property details at their fingertips. Investors can review transactions for the entire financial year (year after year) and produce schedules to assist with the preparation of annual tax returns.
The service also provides contact details of the Property Manager and links to useful websites to help take control of the investment. Access via the internet means Investors don’t have to install or maintain cumbersome programs on their own computer and best of all... the service is free.
What are the benefits for the Property Manager?

When a Property Manager elects to become a member of the MRP panel, they will be granted access to the service that includes details of all their Investors. The Property Manager may elect to enter transaction details on behalf of each Investor, thus providing rental statement details electronically and potentially eliminating the need to send out paper based statements. The Property Manager may otherwise elect to simply provide a tool to its Investor base so they can record their own details once they receive a statement. The Property Manager will gain much efficiency by providing the Investor with an online management tool. It will minimise the number of queries directed to the Property Manager, but when queries are presented, resolution will be quicker because both investor and manager are able to look at the same details at the same time. The Property Manager is able to provide a high tech service to its clients without the high tech price.
